Work Ready & Career Development for Youth

in one of its leading programs “Work Ready”
On 14th November, Phoenix House Youth Services hosted the School Principal’s afternoon tea. The agenda covered a number of Student Engagement and Attendance Services within the Phoenix House such as Transit, Study Support, Homework Club, Case management, Counselling, Living Skills Program, Parent Support Program and Resilience Programs.
The purpose of the meeting was to familiarise the Principals with the programs and services offered by Phoenix House, for disengaged young people. It was also extremely important for Schools and community based services, to connect and work together, to help our young people address their challenges in a safe and nurturing environment.
The Phoenix House Youth Services have been pre-qualified by the Department of Education to provide the following programs and services in DET schools https://education.nsw.gov.au/student-wellbeing/external-wellbeing-providers/providers/other/phoenix-house-youth-services-inc#Who0
